The Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, March 16 to discuss rezoning of a property and staff reports.
The reports came from the planning division and were in relation to a special use permit for the East Terra Cotta location of a Burger King and a plat extension request relating to the Ashwood Estates located on West Huntley Road, South Lake Avenue and North Bard Road.
The agenda states that there was a public hearing regarding the rezoning request. This request would facilitate a change in zoning classification for property located at 171 North Lincoln Parkway. This request would facilitate a classification change to an R-3A unit, which is a two-family residence. Alongside this request is a special use permit that would allow a group dwelling facility at the location.
This measure was open to commentary and questions from the members of the commission and members of the public that were in attendance. A vote was held on the measure following the public hearing session.
The agenda states that meeting minutes from the commission’s session on March 2 were set to be reviewed and voted for approval. Following deliberation and presentation of all agenda items, the meeting was adjourned.
