Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission to hear rezoning requests

The Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

1. Approve Minutes of the July 20, 2016 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. 

2. 2012-78 UHAUL STORAGE – 4504 Northwest Hwy.– PUBLIC HEARING

Rezoning upon annexation to M- Manufacturing Planned Unit Development; and Special Use Permits for: A. Bulk inside storage and B. Outdoor storage of vehicles. 

3. 2012-84 COPLEY – 4709 Route 176 – PUBLIC HEARING

Rezoning upon annexation to M- Manufacturing Planned Unit Development; and Special Use Permits for: A. Recycling collection center, and B. Outdoor storage of materials, equipment and vehicles.
