The campaign committee Citizens to Elect Zane Seipler owes a $150 fine imposed on Feb. 27, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $75 with Zane Seipler listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show six area campaign committees owe a combined total of $17,730.80 in pending fines.
