Item #1: Motion Authorizing Variance of Chapter 21, Article 5.4(E)(2) and 5.4(E)(3) of the Prairie Grove Municipal Code, to provide for a zero (0) yard setback on the north lot line for the property located at 3305 Barreville Road to allow construction of the proposed garage subject to the following conditions:

1. Execution of a written revocable license for the continued use of the existing gravel driveway from the subject property over the Village property accessing Barreville Road with the cost of preparing such agreement paid for by the petitioner;

2. Granting of an ordinance variation from applicable building codes allowing it to remain gravel base and not hard surfaced.

3. Petitioner to raze the existing shed located on Village property as part of the garage construction work.

Item #2: Motion to recommend approving a Variance to allow Verizon to Co-locate on an existing monopole tower located at 3209 Rt. 31.
