1. Waiver of Liquor License Application Moratorium – Restaurant Bacon

Authorization to waive the moratorium on the acceptance of an application for a Class A-2 (Restaurant) Liquor License for Bacon, 2020 N. Seminary Avenue, with the understanding this is not a guarantee of license approval and that it is a one-time waiver for this location only.

2. Temporary Event Request – Woodstock Square Event and Banquet, 333 E

Judd Street Approve an Event Request to allow a Temporary Event, Trivia Night for the Backer’s Club of Woodstock High School, on January 27, 2018, from 6:00 pm. to 10:00 pm. at the Woodstock Square Event and Banquet, 333 E. Judd Street.

3. Resolution – Impact Fee Deferral Program

Approve a Resolution Extending the City of Woodstock’s Impact Fee Deferral Program Subject to Specific Terms and Conditions. This program would be extended until December 31, 2019.

4. Waiver of Competitive Bids – Repair of Water Supply Well #10

Authorize a Waiver of Competitive Bids and accept a Proposal for the Maintenance and Repair of Water Supply Well #10 from Layne Christensen Company to provide materials, labor, and equipment to replace the pitless adapter, pull, inspect, repair and reinstall Well #10 for a total cost not-to-exceed $50,743.

5. Ordinance & Resolution – City Code Modification and Adoption of a Harassment Policy

a) Approve an Ordinance Amending the Woodstock City Code to entirely delete Section 1.6.4: Personnel Rules and Regulations Adopted, and Renumber Subsequent Section 1.6.5: Code of Ethics; and b) Approve a Resolution Adopting a Harassment Prohibition Policy.

6. Waiver of Competitive Bids and Approval of Repairs to the Apple Creek Lift Station Authorize a waiver of competitive bids and the repair of the Apple Creek lift station pump by Metropolitan Industries Inc. at the quoted price not to exceed $10,872.

7. Award of Contract – Water Softener Salt

Approval of a contract for the purchase and delivery of water softener salt to the lowest responsible bidder, Midwest Salt., at the bid unit price of $96.00 per ton for dump delivery and $106.75 for pneumatic delivery, for all purchases throughout calendar year 2018.

8. Request for Purchase – Electronic Control Weapons

Approval to purchase forty (40) X26P Tasers, holsters, battery packs, cartridges, and dataport download kit through Axon Enterprises Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona for a cost of $70,569.96.

9. Agreement - Home Rule Sales Tax Reimbursement

Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Home Rule Sales Tax Reimbursement Agreement with Woodstock Lumber. This will enable the agreement to be in place at the same time the Home Rule Sales Tax begins on January 1, 2018.
