City of McHenry Public Works Committee met April 9.
Here is the agenda provided by the Committee:

Public comment may be restricted to three-minutes for each individual speaker. Order and decorum shall be maintained at all public meetings.

5. Annual Summary of National Pollutants Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Discharge Permit.
