5. Approval – Purchase of a 2019 International 7400 SFA 4x2 chassis from the Illinois State Contract vendor Rush Truck Centers, Chicago, IL. and the single axle equipment package as awarded by the National Joint Powers Alliance from Henderson Products, Huntley, IL. in the amount of $127,722.15.

6. Approval – Intergovernmental Agreement between Cary Park District and Board of Education of Cary Community Consolidated School District 26 Facilities for Summer Day Camp and E.T. KidZone.

1. Consider – Ordinance O-2018-19-01, an ordinance adopting the Combined Annual Budget and Appropriation of Funds for the Cary Park District, McHenry County, Illinois for the Fiscal Year Beginning on the First (1st) Day of May, 2018 and Ending on the Thirtieth (30th) Day of April, 2019.

2. Consider – Ordinance O-2018-19-02, an ordinance providing for the issue of approximately $3,400,000 General Obligation Park Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2018, for park purposes, including, but not limited to, renovations at Lions Park and Kaper Park, and for the payment of the expenses incident thereto, providing for the pledge of certain revenues to the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds and the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay said principal and interest if the pledged revenues are insufficient to make such payment, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the winning bidder thereof.
