McHenry County issued the following announcement on May 24.
McHenry County Department of Health’s Women Infants and Children (WIC) and Family Case Management (FCM) programs are consolidating locations and hours of operation to better serve the needs of the community with available Health Department resources.
Beginning July 20th 2018, the WIC and FCM programs will discontinue services at the McHenry Community Health Center, located at 3901 Mercy Drive in McHenry.
WIC and FCM services will still be available at existing locations in Crystal Lake, Woodstock, and Harvard.
Office hours will be extended beginning in June at these locations to offer participants additional flexibility in accessing services
Participants may reach the WIC main office at 815-334-4505 to schedule an appointment.
The Family Case Management Program may be reached at 815-334-4510.
