Meeting called to order at 7:01 pm

Roll Call           Present: Topf, McIntosh, Learman, Palys, Reinhard, Windler

                         Absent: Anderson, Naatz

                         A quorum was established with 4 Trustees

Public Comment: None

Approval of purchase of a Removable 2 Yard Salt Spreader for $5,200

Motion By:        Trustee Learman

Second By:       Trustee Palys

Discussion:       Money in current Budget

                          Nays: None

                          Abstain: None

                          Absent: Anderson, Naatz

Motion carries with 4 Trustees
