I. Call to Order and Roll Call

The meeting is called to order at 5:58p.m.

Members Present: Pat Arnold, Dawn Bremer, Gary Kinshofer and Ryan McTague.

II. Pledge of Allegiance

III. Adjournment to Executive Session

• To discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of employees, collective bargaining, purchase of property, security procedures, student disciplinary cases, the placement of individual students in special education programs and other matters related to individual students and pending litigation.

Motion

A motion was made by Mr. Arnold seconded by Ms. Bremer to adjourn to executive session to consider appointment, employment, compensation discipline, performance, or dismissal of employees, collective bargaining, purchase of property, security procedures, student disciplinary cases, the placement of individual students in special education programs and other matters related to individual students and pending litigation of the public body at 5:59 p.m.

III. Reconvene to Open Session

Motion

A motion was made by Mr. Arnold seconded by Ms. Bremer to convene to open session at 6:45 p.m.

Vote: Ayes 3

Nays 0

IV. Adjournment

A motion was made by Mr. Arnold seconded by Ms. Bremer to adjourn at 6:46 p.m.

The motion carried unanimously.
