Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on June 21.
On Friday, May 18th, the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening event at I Heart Yoga, located at 105 W. Main Street, Cary.
After suffering from chronic pain, owner, Angie Berthelsen, learned that yoga and exercise was the only thing that could keep her pain free. In addition to helping her manage her pain, yoga gave her a sense of purpose and direction. Yoga also helped Angie not only get to know her body but also love it.
Angie opened I Heart Yoga because she loves teaching and she passionately believes that anyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, weight or gender. Angie enjoys connecting with people, hearing their stories and helping them feel better, not just physically, but mentally. Whether you’ve never practiced yoga, or you’ve been practicing for years, I Heart Yoga has a class for you!
