Community High School District 155 issued the following announcement on Aug. 16.
The 2018 Homecoming Olympics will take place on Sunday, September 16 from 1-4:30 p.m. Teams should arrive between 12:30-12:45 p.m. Use this form to sign up your team. Each team must contain 5 boys and 5 girls from CLC ONLY!
One member of the team will be designated the team captain. This team captain will be responsible for attending a MANDATORY informational meeting on Thursday, September 13 at 7 a.m. in the Band Room.
The cost is $10/person or $100/team. The amount can be paid in cash or checks made out to Crystal Lake Central. After completing this form, the team captain must turn in money to Mr. Levin in the Music Office starting on TUESDAY, AUGUST 21 BEGINNING AT 7 AM. Captains will be able to select their t-shirt color ONCE THE FULL $100 HAS BEEN PAID. The latest deadline for registration/payment money is Friday, August 24 at 3 p.m.
