Q2 real estate sales report: Crystal Lake

Median prices declined in Crystal Lake over last year, and are down 9.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 271 homes sold in Crystal Lake for a median price of $205,000. That's 0.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 9 homes in Crystal Lake were in foreclosure.
