Q2 real estate sales report: McHenry

Median prices rose in McHenry over last year, and are down 0.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 195 homes sold in McHenry for a median price of $180,000. That's 3.2 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 7 homes in McHenry were in foreclosure.
