Q3 real estate sales report: Huntley

Median prices declined in Huntley over last year, and are down 3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 163 homes sold in Huntley for a median price of $244,000. That's 2.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, 7 homes in Huntley were in foreclosure.
