Reclassification from the A-1 Agriculture District to the A-2 Agriculture District, with a Variation to allow for a minimum street setback of 58.9 feet from the centerline of the right of way of Schultz Road instead of the minimum 65 feet required for a residence, and a Variation to allow for a minimum street setback of 21.9 feet from the right of way instead of the minimum 50 feet required for an accessory structure in the street yard.
