McHenry County Zoning Board of Appeals and Hearing Officer will meet on Thursday, March 14.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. #2019-004 - Lechner Dev. Inc. - Hartland Twp - A1-I1

Reclassification from the A-1 Agriculture District to the I-1 Light Industrial District

2. #2019-005 - Reckamp Trust - Alden Twp - A1-A2V

Reclassification from the A-1 Agriculture District to the A-2 Agriculture District, with a Variation to allow for a minimum street setback of 58.9 feet from the centerline of the right of way of Schultz Road instead of the minimum 65 feet required for a residence, and a Variation to allow for a minimum street setback of 21.9 feet from the right of way instead of the minimum 50 feet required for an accessory structure in the street yard.
