Libertarian Cal Skinner's election campaign committee, Skinner Campaign Fund, spent $612 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Skinner's committee spent the most on income taxes in the quarter, with 59.7% of this total ($231) going to Internal Revenue Service in Ogden. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Skinner's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
