Republican Tom Wilbeck's election campaign committee, Citizens for Tom Wilbeck, spent $7,660 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Wilbeck's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with 68.1% of this total ($1,296) going to Adams Letter Services in Rockford. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Wilbeck's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
