How did Bill Prim spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Bill Prim's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Bill Prim Sheriff of McHenry County, spent $1,233 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Prim's committee spent the most on vet fest sponsorship in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,000) going to Huntley American Legion Post #673 in Huntle. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Prim's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
