The campaign committee McHenry Township Real Republicans owes a $475 fine imposed on Sept. 29, 2017, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $190 with Steven Robert Verr listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 12 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $44,001.35 in pending fines.
