Cary (McHenry County) home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Cary in McHenry County rose by $44,000 while total sales decreased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 24.6% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Cary in March 2016.
