Lake in the Hills home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lake in the Hills rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 103.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 24.5% increase over the $163,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Lake in the Hills in March 2016.
