Harvard home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Harvard fell by $13,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 12.7% decrease over the $103,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Harvard in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Harvard for 2017 was $3,296.60. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,123. This marks an increase of 5.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.7%.
