Prairie Grove home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Prairie Grove rose by $54,762.50 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,512.50 - a 16.7% increase over the $327,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Prairie Grove in May 2016.
