Cary (McHenry County) home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Cary in McHenry County rose by $52,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 31.3% increase over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Cary in October 2016.
