Marengo home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Marengo rose by $98,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 79% increase over the $124,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Marengo in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Marengo for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,256, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
