Village of Mccullom Lake President and Board of Trustees met Feb. 25.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

President Shepit called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Pledge of Allegiance

Roll Call: By the Village Clerk, Sherri L. Messina

Present: President Shepit, Trustees Bogacz, Fritz, Given, Matthesius, Mazurek, Walter.

Absent: Attorney Shaw

Minutes: Trustee Mazurek made a motion to approve the minutes; seconded by Trustee Matthesius with minor corrections. Voice vote: Bogacz, Fritz, Given, Matthesius, Mazurek, Walter=ayes. All in favor, motion carried.

Bills: Trustee Bogacz made a motion to pay the bills; seconded by Trustee Walter. Voice vote: Bogacz, Fritz, Given, Matthesius, Mazurek, Walter=ayes. All in favor, motion carried.

Communication: President Shepit: The account that we have set up with the Illinois State Comptroller (IDROP) for unpaid tickets has gotten six (6) matches with a total sum of $2970.00 we are waiting to receive the funds.

Audience: Cindy: Dogs on the GO. Cindy received their certificate of liability insurance and is waiting for board approval to move forward with the event. The board is all in agreement that she can move forward.

New Business: Resolution for Sanitary Sewer Rate Increase – Trustee Bogacz made a motion to table this until the next board meeting; seconded by Trustee Fritz. Voice vote: Bogacz, Fritz, Given, Matthesius, Mazurek, Walter=ayes. All in favor, motion carried.

Resolution Complete Streets Policy – Trustee Walter made a motion to table this until the next board meeting; seconded by Trustee Given. Voice vote: Bogacz, Fritz, Given, Matthesius, Mazurek, Walter=ayes. All in favor, motion carried. Amend Ordinance #152 – Improvement to Right of Way – Trustee Bogacz made a motion to table this until the next board meeting; seconded by Trustee Walter.

Voice vote: Bogacz, Fritz, Given, Matthesius, Mazurek, Walter=ayes. All in favor, motion carried.

Discussion: The next Neighbors Helping Neighbors meeting will be next Tuesday, March 3rd at the Cullom Knoll at 7:00 P.M. Trustee Fritz also has Steak Fry tickets.

Trustee Bogacz made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:12 P.M.; seconded by Trustee Given. Voice vote: Bogacz, Fritz, Given, Matthesius, Mazurek, Walter=ayes. All in favor, motion carried.

The next board meeting will be March 10th, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Hall.
