Crystal Lake Park District issued the following announcement on March 20.
With the “stay at home “ order issued by Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, all Crystal Lake Park District facilities are closed through Tuesday, April 7. During this time all Crystal Lake Park District parks will remain open but playgrounds are included in the executive order for closure. We ask that all park goers take extra precautions to stay healthy and safe while enjoying parks and open space areas.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow Governor Pritzker’s orders in regards reopening Park District facilities. After that time, decisions regarding programs and facility rentals will be made on a week-to-week basis.
