1. Call to Order (6:00 pm)

1. 1. President Anne Miller called the meeting to order at 6:04 pm

2. 1. Motion to go into closed session for the purpose of to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, student discipline, litigation, negotiations and real estate.

7. Superintendent Report

7. 1. Diversity and Equity

Superintendent Heid reviewed diversity, equity and inclusion programs currently in place and addressed the Board about a new Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the new enhanced programs going forward.

7. 2. School Re-opening Scenarios

Superintendent Heid reviewed four different re-opening scenarios, depending on the restrictions of the CDC and the state requirements resulting from the pandemic. Multi- faceted plans addressed transportation, lunch, cleaning protocols, seating, virtual/in-person teaching for school starting in August.

7. 3. Graduation 2020

Superintendent Heid reviewed plans for Graduation 2020, June 26-27, at the Sears Centre, Hoffman Estates, in the parking lot. Classes will be split into two to accommodate cars and social distancing. Students will be able to walk across the stage in cap and gown and have professional photos taken.
