Conditional Use Permit to allow for a Landscape Business with Outdoor Storage and to allow an Offsite Services Business, as well as Variations to allow 1) outdoor storage to be located within the effective street yard; 2) a driveway width of 12 feet instead of the minimum 24 feet required for twoway traffic; and 3) a solid fence to be a maximum of 8 feet in height, instead of the maximum 6 feet allowed.
