CARY-GROVE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening at Tropical Smoothie Café in Crystal Lake

Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.

On Thursday, October 1, 2020, the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening event at the newly opened Tropical Smoothie Café, 5006 NW Hwy., Unit C, in Crystal Lake.

Tropical Smoothie Café’s mission is to serve amazing smoothies and food with a bit of tropical fun. The chain has grown to be a lifestyle brand for people looking for better-for-you alternatives to fast food.

Gina Williams, franchise owner of Tropical Smoothie Café in Crystal Lake and Cary resident, says the decision to become a Tropical Smoothie franchise owner was a no-brainer. “Everyone is looking for ways to eat better and live a healthier lifestyle,” says Williams, “Tropical Smoothie Café offers healthier food choices and a great experience for our customers. It’s a unique combination of irresistible food, a cool beachy vibe, and fun, friendly service.”

Tropical Smoothie Café offers several flavorful smoothies, toasted wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, and quesadillas. Everything is made to order to suit your individual tastes with quality meats, fresh produce, and flavorful sauces. They are open Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
