City of Crystal Lake issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
Crystal Lake’s newest development is currently underway. Continental Properties, a national real estate developer, is constructing a luxury apartment development known as The Springs at Three Oaks located at 1120 Central Park Drive.
The apartment community provides easy access to major roadways and nearby destinations. Residents of the community will be treated to world-class amenities including a clubhouse with a resort style pool, workout facilities, two dog parks, outdoor grills, a fire pit, community gathering area and secure parcel pickup lockers. The residential units will include high end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ample natural lighting.
The development offers a range of apartment unit sizes from studio to three-bedroom units with decks or patios attached to each unit. This private gated community is designed with lush landscape and sidewalk connections throughout. Continental’s apartment communities are designed to create neighborhoods with townhome-style apartments and park-like settings in desirable suburban locations.
The first units and clubhouse will be completed by early spring 2021.
