Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of XP Performance & Coaching

Cary Grove Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Dec. 7

On Friday, November 5, 2021, the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the Grand Opening of XP Performance & Coaching at 2600 Crystal Lake Rd. in Cary.

 

XP Performance & Coaching is a high-quality fitness facility designed with a mission to empower individuals to achieve and overcome. Their new facility offers a variety of training and work out opportunities aimed to help individuals at every fitness level achieve their fitness goals.  Owner Robert Cook is a Certified ACE Trainer, Functional Movement Specialist, and public speaker with 9 years of training experience, which includes 7 years of coaching experience (football & basketball) in addition to being a collegiate athlete himself.

 

“I understand the impact that training and playing sports can have on a person both physically and mentally,” says Cook, “My training style is one that is founded on maximizing potential by freeing the body of limitation. One workout at a time, we can change the way we functionally move and athletically perform. Which, as a result, leads to an improved lifestyle.”

 

XP Performance & Coaching offers adult group training, athletic performance training, and youth training.  They provide individualized attention, customizable fitness programs, lifestyle coaching, all in a family atmosphere.  XP Performance has group classes to fit everyone’s schedule, and flexible memberships.
