Sandra L. Verden (trust) sells 810 Diane Court, Marengo

On Jan. 28, Justin Baumann and Amanda Lewandowski purchased a home at 810 Diane Court, Marengo from Sandra L. Verden (trust) for $225,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,285.10, 1.46% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, eight properties sold in Marengo.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Sandra L. Verden has been registered to vote since 1995 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 810 Diane Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sandra L. Verden, 80, and James W Verden, 84.
