On March 24, Lauren and James Brundage sold their home at 493 Linn Ave., Crystal Lake to Cemantha Brown and Chad Dicristo for $255,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,839.66. This is 2.29% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $190,000 on Nov. 8, 2018.

So far in March 2022, 51 properties sold in Crystal Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James Robert Brundage has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Lauren Brundage has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
