9. Petition for Driveway Variation
• The petitioners, Mike and Lacey Krass, are requesting relief from Section 19.15.B3, Driveways and Private Parking Lots, to widen the driveway pursuant to the submitted petition. Subject property is located at 1320 Tenth St. Action requested is to approve or deny the petition.
10. HERS Special Event Liquor License
• HERS requested a Special Event Liquor License for Saturday, June 25 & Sunday, June 26, 2022, at the HERS Softball Fields. The fees have been paid and dram shop insurance was submitted. Action requested is to sanction the Mayor’s approval of the license.
11. Noxxe Fuel Inc. Liquor License Application for Extended Hours
• Abdul Mahmood, Noxxe Fuel Inc. submitted a Liquor License Application for Saturday and Sunday Extended Hours. The petitioner has a Class B License. Fees have been paid.
12. 2022 Sidewalk Replacement Program
• Project bids were opened on June 21, 2022. Action requested is to award the bid to Triggi Construction Inc. for their low bid in the amount of $135,015.20 and to authorize execution of all contract documents.
13. Dewey St./Marengo Rd. Water Main Extension
• Project bids were opened on June 21, 2022. Action requested is to award the bid to Berger Excavating Contractors, Inc. for their low bid in the amount of $418,669.00 and to authorize execution of all contract documents.
14. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 14.04C, Signs
• Action requested is to approve the Administration Committee’s recommendation to adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 14.04C, Signs.
15. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 15.14.b, Metra Parking Lots
• Action requested is to approve the Administration Committee’s recommendation to adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 15.14.4b, Metra Parking Lot, Overflow Parking.
16. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 3.01, City Administrator, Duties
• Action requested is to approve the Administration Committee’s recommendation to adopt an ordinance amending Section 3.01, City Administrator, Duties.
17. Proposed Ordinance Amending the Budget for FY2022/2023 relative to the Police Pension General Obligation Bond Issue 2022A, 2022/2023 Principal and Interest Payments

a) Action requested is to approve the Committee’s recommendation directing City staff to prepare an ordinance amending Section 15.06, Parking Resident, to add no parking along the south side of Bourn St. from Grant to O’Brien St.
