City of Harvard Administration Committee met Oct. 11.
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:
1. Roll Call
2. Public Comments
3. Property Tax Levy
4. Ordinance to allow someone to call in for a Council or Committee meeting.
5. Policy regarding the use of income from the sale of 2 properties (old City Hall and 7 acres by Dollar General). Alderman Schultz brought this up at the July Council meeting. I think the issue goes beyond these two properties to encompass the issue of how do we designate income that is not budgeted. Ideas:
(a) Capital Fund
(b) Park Foundation
(c) Other?
