• Action requested is to approve payment of the bills in the amount of $1,708,354.93

9. IDOT Resolution for Improvement

• Action requested is to adopt the proposed resolution appropriating the sum of $622,594.50 for the Ayer Street Streetscape Project (MFT/RBI funds).

10. IDOT Resolution for Maintenance

• Action requested is to adopt the proposed resolution appropriating the sum of $95,000.00 for the Route 14 Sidewalk Project (MFT funds).

11. Vending License Applications

• Annual City Council approval of 2023 vending licenses.

12. Lease with Harvard Milk Days Inc.

• Action requested is to authorize the Mayor’s execution of the lease agreement with Harvard Milk Days, Inc., for the two northern offices in the Community Development Dept.

13. Proposed Ordinance Amending the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

• Action requested is to approve the Administration Committee’s recommendation to adopt the proposed ordinance amending the UDO.

14. Tabled from Last City Council Meeting: Amend Section 8.2, Table 1, Use Matrix, of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

• Action requested is to revisit tabled item regarding Amending Section 8.2 of the UDO, under Table 1 in the T-C Technology Campus District for Multi-Tenant Parking and School, Trade or Vocational Dormitory.

15. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 27.06, Fireworks

• Action requested is to approve the Administration Committee’s recommendation to adopt the proposed ordinance.

16. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 25.06.A.3, Special Permits & Licenses

• Action requested is to approve the Administration Committee’s recommendation to adopt the proposed ordinance.

17. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 2.05, Meetings

• Action requested is to approve the Administration Committee’s recommendation to adopt the proposed ordinance.

18. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 6.13, Parks and Chapter 12, Dogs, Cats & Other Animals

• Action requested is to approve the Administration Committee’s recommendation to adopt the proposed ordinance.

19. Park Board Recommendation to Conduct Controlled Burn

• Action requested is to approve the Park Board’s recommendation to conduct a controlled burn in City parks as outlined by Supt. Knop.
