a) Public Hearing, Amendment to the Special Use Permit, Ordinance 08-O-79 (as amended), to extend Mining and Extraction Operations/Reclamation for Three Years and Contemporaneous Broken Asphalt/Concrete Recycling and Reclamation for a Combined 15 Year Term at 10210 S. US Route 14.

a) Public Hearing, Approval of an Amendment to the Official Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map to designate the subject property Neighborhood Development instead of Resource Conservation and Resource Conservation Corridor; Approval of a Zoning Map Amendment from R1B (City of Woodstock) and A1 (McHenry County) to R3 Single-Family Attached Residential District; and Approval of a Special Use Permit for a Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development to allow +/- 320 single-family detached and duplex homesites on 282 lots generally located East of Doty Road and North of Lucas Road
