C. Authorize the execution of a renewed Lease Agreement between the City of McHenry and Trey and Tom Corp d/b/a Main Street Station, located at 4005 W. Main Street for a term ending January 31, 2025. (Economic Development Director Martin)
D. Authorize the Mayor’s execution of five (5) year Intergovernmental Agreements allowing the City of McHenry to provide emergency dispatch services with terms beginning May 1, 2024 and ending April 30, 2029 for the Marengo Rescue Squad District, Marengo Fire Protection District, Union Fire Protection District, Harvard Fire Protection District, Village of Johnsburg Police Department, City of Marengo Police Department, and the Village of Union Police Department.
