Public Comment

The Board will accept public comment on items included on the meeting agenda or of a general nature.

Public comment is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker.

Village President and Trustee Reports (Parks; Planning & Zoning; Special Events) Board members have the opportunity to report on any topic during the public meeting.

1. Approval: Consent Agenda – Approval via One Vote for All

All matters listed under Item 1, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. If a separate discussion is desired, that item should be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.

A. Village Board Meeting Minutes – June 18, 2024

The Board will consider the approval of previous meeting minutes.

B. Accounts Payable – July 2, 2024

The Board will consider the approval of the accounts payable reports and payment of the bills.

C. Treasurer’s Report – May 2024

The Board will consider the approval of the monthly treasurer’s report.

D. Ordinance 2024-06, 913 Route 22, Special Use – Major Motor Vehicle Repairs, Motor Vehicle Sales, Open Sales Lot

The Board will consider the approval of an ordinance that would grant a special use to allow major motor vehicle repairs, motor vehicle sales, and an open sales lot at DA Racing at 913 Route 22.

E. Ordinance 2024-07, Creating a Class “A-1” Liquor License

The Board will consider the approval of an ordinance that would create a Class “A-1” liquor license for the Lord of Beers tap house and restaurant to be located at 724 Northwest Highway.
