5.2 Consideration - Approval of the July 11, 2024 Bill List in the Amount of $637,508.16

5.3 Consideration - Approval of Payout Request No. 1 to R.A. Pinno and Sons Construction, Inc. for the West WWTP Garage Storage Building in the amount of $123,250

5.4 Consideration – Approval of Payout Request No. 1 to Boller Construction Company for the Construction of Water Well No. 13 Water Treatment Plant in the amount of $149,359.66

5.5 Consideration - Approval of Payout Request No. 1 to Precision Pavement Marking, Inc. for the 2024 Paint Pavement Marking Program in the amount of $30,353.11

5.6 Consideration - Approval of Payout Request No.2 and Final  to GO Painters, Inc. for the 2024 Streetlight Repainting Project in the amount of $34,800

5.7 Consideration – Approval of Payout Request No. 4 (Final) to Boller Construction for the West WWTP Screening Replacement in the amount of $54,194.18

5.8 Consideration – Resolution Approving a Bid Award to Municipal Well and Pump in the amount of $195,758 for the Water Well No. 11 Rehabilitation Contract

5.9 Consideration – Resolution Adopting the 2024 Kane County Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan

6.1 Consideration – Resolution Waiving Competitive Bidding and Approving the Purchase of LED Street Light Fixtures from Steiner Electric in the amount of $399,360 For the 2024 LED Street Light Replacement Program

6.2 Consideration – Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit for Indoor Amusement for WorkUP Ninja, 10711-10713 Wolf Drive

6.3 Consideration – Ordinance Approving a Simplified Residential Zoning Variance to Allow a Fence in the Corner Side Yard and Front Yard in the “R-2” Single Family Detached Residence District, 11445 Middletown Lane

6.4 Consideration – Ordinance Approving (i) Special Use Permit for Drive-Through Food Service; and (ii) Final Planned Unit Development, Including Any Necessary Relief, for Seven Brew Coffee with Dual Drive-Through Lanes Within the “B-3 (PUD)” – Shopping Center Business District for Lot 4a of Huntley Crossings Lot 4 Resubdivision, southeast corner of Route 47 and Huntley Crossings Drive

6.5 Consideration – Proposed Development of a 297-unit Multi-Family Apartment Development Including Nine (9) TwoStory Buildings and Three (3) Three-Story Buildings, Generally Located East of the Huntley Crossings Access Drive at the Southeast Corner of Route 47 and Powers Road, Including: 

(i) Consideration – A Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Execution of a Development Agreement for a Residential  Development
