6.1 Petition No. 24-08.01 , Rush Trucking Center of Illinois, Inc., Petitioner and Owner, and BARR 1st NATL BK 11 1209 / HARRIS BK BARR NA TR 114039, as additional Owners, Relating to the property known as 11816 Route 47 and generally located at the northeast corner of Route 47 and Kreutzer Road, Request for (i) a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone portions of the property from “M” – Manufacturing District to “B-3” – Shopping Center Business District; (ii) a Special Use Permit for Outside Storage of Vehicles; (iii) a Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision; and (iv) a Preliminary and Final Planned Unit Development, including the necessary relief, in accordance with the plans that have been submitted to, and are on file with, the Village of Huntley, pursuant to the requirements of Section 156.204 of the Huntley Zoning Ordinance.
