OMNIBUS AGENDA - Trustee Hagen moved to approve the Omnibus Agenda. Trustee Foreman seconded the motion. All Trustees voted aye on the roll. Motion carried.

PRESIDENT REPORT – President Hettermann conferred with Board of Trustees regarding upcoming Sunday Parade event for annual Saufen und Spiel and to confirm attendance with Assistant Administrator Lamontagna. Discussion lead into Trustee Fouke confirming final arrangement details with annual Celebration in the Park has Community Affairs Committee just met discussed entertainment, firework display and some issues noted with date adjustment earlier affecting donations received after recent other Village events in Village like Saufen und Spiel. No further discussion or questions.
FIRST READ – NO ACTION; Move to approve Ordinance 24-25-8 Granting R-3 Two family Dwelling District Zoning and Approving a First Amended Plat of Subdivision for the Property Commonly Known as Oakcreek Subdivision – Discussion on Frist Read as petitioner was not present, President Hettermann explained the developer wanted to fix up the units and once revenue and product line was established would eventually extend the sewer infrastructure that is near the Mobile station on Johnsburg Rd. Trustee Klemstein discussed he was given further information from staff and Trustee Fouke noticed recent activity at the duplexes. President Hettermann further conversed the developer is wanting to clean up the property and not building anymore, but investigating another or different product line. Engineer Hartnett elaborated that MCHD-Environmental Division is requiring said action of one lot to obtain approval for septic and at later time would appear again before Planning and Zoning Commission and Village Board with what that development concept might be. This was most effective way to improve upon the dwellings existing in phases, but the product line is unknown that developer wishes to proceed. The original plan development in today’s market wasn’t feasible. Assistant Administrator Lamontagna advised the developer was informed the existing structures were not given occupancy thus any improvement or permitting would have to meet today’s current codes. Special Project Coordinator Quinn asked about open space regulations and Engineer Hartnett along with President Hettermann explain different options for park land, park capital improvement, open space and other subdivision zoning ordinances. Assistant Administrator Lamontagna provided current tax assessment to clarify Trustee Klemstein inquiry about value to Village portion on existing too said proposal request. Engineer Hartnett also provided the original plan development regarding on-site package plant in today’s cost would be over a million dollars. No further discussion, but if any Trustee had question to please share them with Assistant Administrator Lamontagna to gather clarification.
ADJOURNMENT – Trustee Morris moved to adjourn the meeting. Trustee Fouke seconded the motion. All Trustees voted aye on the roll. Motion carried at 7:20 p.m.
