A. Motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the January 9, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting.

B. Motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the January 9, 2025 Village Board meeting.

C. Motion to approve the January 24, 2025 Schedule of Bills for FY24, total of all funds in the amount of $363,781.72.

D. Motion to approve the January 24, 2025 Schedule of Bills for FY25, total of all funds in the amount of $680,916.84.

E. Motion to approve the December 2024 Manual Bills, total of all funds in the amount of $1,601,641.86.

H. Motion to approve and authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System Mobile Field Force Basic Training Hold Harmless & Indemnification Agreement.

I. Motion to pass Ordinance No. 2025- ____, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24, Building Code, of the Lake in the Hills Municipal Code.

J. Motion to pass Ordinance No. 2025- ____, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 13, Solid Waste, Landscape Waste and Recycling, of the Lake in the Hills Municipal Code.

K. Motion to approve the third option year for Custodial Cleaning Services with Alpha Cleaning Company for Fiscal Year 2025, in an amount not to exceed $84,581.00.

L. Motion to approve the purchase of a Ford Transit Van from Currie Motors Frankfort, in an amount not to exceed $53,140.00.

M. Motion to waive the competitive bidding requirements and approve a three-year Mosquito Abatement Services Contract with Clarke Environmental.
