A. Motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the March 27, 2025 Board of Trustees meeting.
B. Motion to Approve the April 11, 2025 Schedule of Bills for FY24, total of all funds in the amount of $638.34.
C. Motion to Approve the April 11, 2025 Schedule of Bills for FY25, total of all funds in the amount of $564,281.20.

The Board may combine multiple items in the same motion. A Trustee may at any time request that the combined action be voted upon in separate motions.
ADMINISTRATION
A. Ordinance Provisionally amending Chapter 33 of the Municipal Code.
B. Dissolution of Special Service Areas within the Village.
C. Informational Item concerning the Annual Liquor & Raffle License Report.
D. Approval of a one-year extension to DeKind Computer Consultants, Inc. for Professional Informational Technology Services.
FINANCE
E. Ordinance Providing for the Issuance of Not-To-Exceed $15,000,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2025, to Finance the Police Facility Construction Project.
PUBLIC WORKS
F. Informational Item to provide an airport update and increase the hours of the Airport Manager.
G. Award a contract for the Well 14 Siding Replacement & Well 6 Roof & Gutter Replacement.
