On Friday, May 23, former Johnsburg High School standout Ella Smith’s current collegiate team the UW - Stevens Point Pointers lost 1-3 against the Trine Thunder in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at SportONE - Parkview Softball Field at 1 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Trine Thunder in the tournament.

The UW - Stevens Point Pointers’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 1 p.m. at SportONE - Parkview Softball Field.
