1. Ordinance – Redevelopment Agreement – Action Packaging, 1191 Lake Avenue (276a)
Approval of an Ordinance authorizing a redevelopment agreement by and between the City of Woodstock, McHenry County, Illinois, and Action Packaging, 1191 Lake Avenue, Woodstock, Illinois, and authorize the Mayor, City Manager, and City Clerk to execute, deliver, and undertake all actions required to implement its terms.
2. Resolution – Professional Services Agreement – Metro Strategies Group (276b)
Approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Metro Strategies Group for public engagement and strategic communications related to the Route 47 Expansion Project, at a total project cost not to exceed $49,500, inclusive of direct expenses.
3. Relocation Assistance Grant Program – 221-231 E. Calhoun Street Tenants (276c)
Approval of a Relocation Assistance Program to offer grant opportunities to the commercial tenants of 225-231 E. Calhoun Street, a city-owned property planned to be demolished after spring 2026, subject to the provisions outlined within the staff report.
