B. CUP – 3702 W Elm St
Motion to pass an Ordinance Granting a Conditional Use Permit to accommodate the existing Automobile Fueling Station, Sign Variation, and Zoning Variations to accommodate all existing principal buildings and accessory structures at 3702 W Elm Street (Director Polerecky)
C. CUP – McHenry Golf Club
Motion to pass an Ordinance Granting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the addition of a club house pavilion and cart storage barn for the existing Golf Course/Country Club at 820 N John Street (Director Polerecky)
D. Multifamily PUD – 3510 W Elm St
Motion to pass an Ordinance Granting a Conditional Use Permit and Final Plan Approval for a Multifamily Planned Unit Development at 3510 W Elm Street (Director Polerecky)
E. McHenry Music Fest
Motion to grant the RISE Up Foundation 1) use of Petersen Park to setup, host, and cleanup for a benefit concert from Thursday, September 10, 2026, through Saturday, September 12, 2026, 2) a special event liquor license for the sale of alcohol with drink ticket sales to cease 30 minutes prior to park closure, and 3) a 100% reduction of the charges for City services incurred as a result of this event (Director Hobson)
