Request from A-1CV to A-1CV renew CUP 2015-017 to allow a Campground on the subject property. Petitioner is also requesting permission to install a mobile home on the site at the same location that a prior mobile home was located, which is just west of the metal clad storage building as shown on Detail A of the site plan and survey which was part of the 2016 renewal. The same variations requested and approved in 2016, are also requested as part of this renewal, i.e., a variation from the required 100 - foot setback for campsites to the perimeter property line, and from the required 25- foot two-lane interior roadways, to allow the existing site conditions depicted in the site plan/survey, prepared by Vanderstappen Surveying and dated December 18, 2015, to remain. The mobile home would only be used by a family member or full-time employee. It would not be used by a camper or be considered a campsite.

First of three (3) steps necessary to process a plat of subdivision. Applicant is seeking to divide a 1.9 Acre parcel into two (2) parcels. It does not meet the exemptions of the State Plat Act and therefore needs to be processed as a Subdivision. Property is zoned R-1.
